Burma VJ's director, Anders Østergaard, will be presenting his filn at the Filmoteca de Catalunya and Verdi Park Cinemas in Barcelona on April 8th.

This is the question to be answered by May's documentary, The Queen and I, a surprisding approach by the communist film director Nahid Persson to the character of Farah Diba, Persian Shah's widow and the only empress in Iran's history.

Since 2010 has begun, 9 venues have joined the initiative of The Documentary of the Month, in Catalunya, Balearic Islands and Gijón.

The film of February, which will be screened jointly with the Festival DocsBarcelona, is Sins of my father, about the notorious Colombian drug dealer Pablo Escobar.
